Pathly inside the product, not a chatbot beside it.
Northstar today: advisors scroll inquiries, reread each thread and write every follow-up by hand.

One assistant across the funnel: advising before the application, document intake during it, and nudges after admission.

Adding production AI around a regulated investment platform without replacing its .NET core
Production AI and automation added around a regulated .NET investment platform instead of rebuilding the core.
MIRA
Healthcare & Wellness · Multi-clinic intake SaaS
Clinics sign up, pay per provider and run their own AI patient intake
The AI intake worked in three practices but was hard coded. Now any clinic signs up, pays per provider and runs it, and names never reach the model.
NenoBrief by Neno Technologies
Government, Legal & Defense · AI gateway for a live DMS
Archive officers get cited answers inside their live document system, files never copied
Archive records could not reach an outside AI. Now the client's live document system calls our self-hosted gateway for cited answers.
Why it sells
What Pathly does for your business.
What your customers get, and what it does for your renewals and pricing.
A reason to renew
Institutions see late-night inquiries become booked calls and checked applications inside your product, not in a separate chat tool.
An answer for RFPs
Cited answers, staff approval and a switch per institution answer the AI questions admissions buyers now ask.
A paid AI tier
Sell advising and document intake as an add-on, priced from the cost per conversation we measure in the Build Sprint.
Controls
What Pathly touches, and who approves.
Student data isn't used to train models for anyone else and stays in your cloud. Built and tested on synthetic or de-identified data.
Who uses it
Prospective students and applicants, plus the admissions advisors and staff who work their inquiries and files.
What it connects to
Your catalog and published policies, the CRM and advisor calendars, and the application record, through your product's APIs.
What a person approves
Staff approve credit evaluations, status changes and anything personal. Pathly doesn't decide admission or aid.
Switch per institution
On or off for each institution, with data settings their admins control.

FAQ
Questions about Pathly.
Does Pathly decide admission or aid?
No. It's designed to answer from published pages and prepare records; admission, transfer-credit and aid decisions stay with staff.
What happens when the catalog doesn't answer the question?
It's designed to say so and hand off to an advisor with the conversation attached, rather than guess.
Does it read financial-aid documents?
No. FAFSA, ISIR and tax documents are out of scope. It reads transcripts, certificates and résumés, including scans and phone photos.
Can each institution have its own catalog and branding?
Yes. Each institution in your product gets its own catalog, rules and branding, and conversations can run in English or Spanish.
What does a conversation cost to run?
We measure the cost per conversation in the Build Sprint, on your own catalog, so you know it before you decide on production or pricing.
See Pathly on your own product.
Bring your product and one workflow. In 30 minutes we look at where Pathly fits, what it would cost to serve and what your customers' security review will ask.
Calls run in US Central time. No generic AI presentation: we discuss your product, users and production constraints.
